He founded System Sensor, which is now owned by Honeywell, and Wyreless Access, which is now part of Ingersoll Rand. He was also CEO of PSTG. He received his MBA from Northwestern University and his bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He currently consults for a variety of companies.
