With self-help proven techniques, tools and tips to break challenging behaviors connected to anxiety. At the age of 18, she began her anxious bulimic career in earnest! After sexual abuse and fifteen years with an eating disorder. She eventually freed herself from the clutches of bulimia. She then stepped out and decided to take a different bulimic pathway. Feeling the great need to help others as she had been helped.
