Peggy J. Kleinplatz, Ph.D., is Professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Director of Sex and Couples Therapy at the University of Ottawa, Canada. In 2015, Kleinplatz received the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists' Professional Standard of Excellence Award.
A. Dana Ménard, Ph.D., is currently a clinical psychologist and adjunct professor in the Faculty of Science at the University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario. She earned a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Ottawa in 2013, an M.A. in experimental psychology from Carleton University in 2007 and a [...]. in psychology from the University of Ottawa in 2005. She has held previous academic appointments at the University of Western Ontario and at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. As a clinician, Dr. Ménard has worked at Detroit Receiving Hospital, the London Health Sciences Centre, the Royal Ottawa Hospital and the Ottawa Hospital, among others. Aside from her work on magnificent sex, she has also researched and published in the areas of sexuality in the media, adult survivors of child sexual abuse, student mental health and well-being and academic lab safety.
