From the winner of The Great British Baking Show and star of Nadiya's Time to Eat comes a sweet story about a boy and his worry monster.
A touching story about a little boy whose worry monster follows him everywhere he goes. It's there when he gets dressed, when he wants to play with his toys, and even when his friends come over to visit. How can he escape his worries?
Having struggled with anxiety for as long as she can remember, Nadiya Hussain has written this heartfelt story to help give children and parents the tools they need to talk about worries and anxiety, to ensure that no child suffers in silence.

Zusammenfassung
Star author: Nadiya Hussain is the most famous winner of the hit show, The Great British Baking Show. Since the show rocketed her to stardom, she's gone on to host and co-host a number of successful shows, including Netflix's new hit Nadiya's Time to Eat, as well as make some high profile bakes-including baking Queen Elizabeth II's ninetieth birthday cake!
Gentle discussion of anxiety: Nadiya is speaking from experience here about how to handle anxiety and worry, and she handles the topic with a light touch. Rather than discuss anxiety in a more anxiety-inducing way, she breaks it down into kid-terms-like a "worry monster" who follows you around all day. She reframes a concept that is new for young readers-and likely for many of their caretakers, too-in a way that is approachable and manageable.
Window for others: This is also a great way to open up a discussion about mental health with readers who many not be struggling with anxiety themselves, but want to understand what their friends and loved ones are going through.
Adorable art: With her adorable, super kid-friendly art, Ella Bailey has made this accessible for even the youngest of worriers out there!
