Über den Autor

La doctora Marian Rojas Estapé es psiquiatra, licenciada en Medicina y Cirugía por la Universidad de Navarra. Trabaja en el Instituto Español de Investigaciones Psiquiátricas, en Madrid. Su labor profesional se centra principalmente en el tratamiento de personas con ansiedad, depresión, trastornos de personalidad, trastornos de conducta y en terapias familiares. Es profesora invitada de la escuela de negocios IPADE en México. Ha colaborado en varios proyectos de cooperación y voluntariado fuera de España.

Desde el año 2007 imparte conferencias tanto en España como en el extranjero sobre estrés y felicidad, educación, pantalla y redes sociales así como depresión y enfermedades somáticas.

En el último año ha comenzado un proyecto, ilussio, sobre emociones, motivación y felicidad en el mundo empresarial.

Dr. Marian Rojas Estapé is a psychiatrist licensed in Medicine and Surgery by the University of Navarra. She works at the Rojas Estapé Institute in Madrid, where she focuses on the treatment of people with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, psomatic illnesses, and trauma. She is also an international public speaker in matters of mental health, especially motivation and happiness.
