The volume "Directories and Indices" of the serial publication "Archaeologia Homerica" is an important tool for analyzing the Homeric epics and the extant archeological monuments. It includes a list of abbreviations, a list of the texts and figures as well as the indices to guide one through the entire series. The indices are divided into three different subindices for the individual languages (Mycenean, Greek and Latin) as well as six indices encompassing the works of Homer, Hesiod and other ancient authors, including an index on where the monuments are presently located.
