Emília M. LudovinoEmília M. Ludovino is an Amsterdam-based international Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach, Master Practitioner of NLP, Reiki Master/Teacher, lifetime practitioner of mindfulness and meditation, author of six books about emotional intelligence, and founder of the SMART FEELINGS LAB. Emília was an Emotional Intelligence Trainer, Coach at UNITAR (United Nations Institute for Training and Research), and an independent trainer, coach, mentor, and consultant worldwide for law firms, law enforcement, private banking, NGOs, hospitals, IT companies, entrepreneurs, and so on.Emília puts emotional intelligence into practice by teaching the difference between thoughts, feelings, and actions with passion and humor--and how these three interact and affect us.
